Diwali or Deepavali is a time when most of us do not mind a bit of excess – be it in decorating our homes with ‘diyas’ or dressing up in our best. When it comes to food, most homes across India prepare traditional sweets or mithai and everyone digs in with gusto. Over the years however, with changing tastes and palates, the traditional sweet is taking on a modern avatar. Here is one such delight. A simple, easy to do recipe of Chocolate Fudge. Happy eating and may you have a year full of happiness and light!
